SEO Manager (Technical SEO Specialist, Off-page & On-page) CareLuLu is on a mission to help improve access to safe, affordable, quality child care and early education. We help parents find the right child care or preschool program by providing all the information in one place (photos, program information, cost, verified reviews, etc.). CareLuLu also helps child care programs grow their business while saving time for what truly matters: children. Full‑time position. Responsibilities Conduct thorough technical SEO audits of our website to provide recommendations for optimization. Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other metrics to identify opportunities. Provide regular, clear, and detailed reporting on important metrics and performance. Identify valuable search terms to grow user acquisition and traffic. Optimize website structure, improve speed and mobile friendliness. Develop content strategy to rank for valuable search terms and collaborate with the content team. Find and fix all errors, including duplicate content, crawling and indexing issues. Manage SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics GA4, and SEMrush. Develop and implement link‑building strategy to acquire backlinks and increase website authority. Work closely with engineering and web development teams to implement technical SEO changes. Create and maintain technical SEO documentation and guidelines for the internal team. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in technical SEO and search engine algorithms. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay, flexible work environment, fully remote.
