About the Role We're looking for an experienced Revenue Systems Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in both HubSpot and Salesforce to support Novee's growing go-to-market organization. A key responsibility of this role will be helping lead and execute the transition from HubSpot to Salesforce, including system configuration, data migration, process mapping, testing, and user adoption. You'll work closely with Sales Operations and other go-to-market teams to ensure the transition is structured, accurate, and aligned with the company's business needs. Beyond the migration, you'll own the day-to-day administration of our revenue systems and help bring structure, consistency, and visibility to our CRM environment. This includes building dashboards and reports, creating workflows and automations, maintaining data quality, and supporting the systems and processes behind our sales and marketing activities. Novee participates in approximately 30-40 marketing events annually, each requiring dedicated campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. You'll help ensure these campaigns and their associated data flows are built correctly and provide meaningful visibility into performance and pipeline generation.
