Role Description

The Marketing Account Manager manages the day-to-day marketing needs of the office and licensees. Responsibilities range from staff training and agent support to creating marketing collateral and consulting on marketing efforts and campaigns both locally and globally.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :

• Steward of The Agency brand that upholds the guidelines set forth in the most recent Brand Guidelines
\n
• Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including agent bios, listing copy, presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, advertising, social media assets and other custom materials when needed
\n
• Lead liaison for local agents on marketing needs and processes
\n
• Coordination and strategy of local ad and media buying
\n
• Management of print coordination of marketing materials with local vendors
\n
• Project Management of custom projects with outside marketing agencies if custom branding is requested
\n
• Approval of all new listings for compliance and brand guidelines
\n
• Marketing training/onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)
\n
• Manage Office’s Social Media Pages
\n
• Advise on agent business planning
\n
• Attend monthly marketing meetings with The Agency’s Franchise Marketing Managers
\n
• Perform other tasks as directed by Managing Partners
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
\n
• 2-3 years marketing experience
\n
• Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience a plus
\n
• Impeccable grammar, proofreading and copyediting skills
\n
• Highly detail-oriented
\n
• Excellent project/client management skills (managing timelines, prioritization of tasks, quality control)
\n
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization (internal and client-facing)
\n
• Proficient in Google Office Suite
\n
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign) and Canva
\n
• Graphic Design experience preferred
\n
• Experience with email marketing systems a plus but not required
\n
• Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
\n
• Able to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
\n
• Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
\n
• Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills. Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
