Job Overview

\n

The Influencer Campaign Manager will work as an account manager for end-to-end campaigns with their assigned accounts; strategizing and executing campaigns. From talent casting, creative campaign development, campaign management, and reporting.

\n

Timeline

• Period: October 2026 to December 2027
\n
• Hours: 35-40 hours per week
\n

Account Management

\n

\n
• Maintain high-quality client services
\n
• Be able to take initiative on client needs and always thinking ahead for them
\n
• Understanding full client needs and communicating that to the campaign team
\n

\n

\n

Campaign Management - Talent Sourcing & Negotiations

\n

\n
• Develop briefs and guidelines for influencer campaigns
\n
• Use sourcing tools and your own methods for curating influencers
\n
• Negotiate influencer deals and ability to have emphasize influencers when deal-making
\n
• Pass information to the legal team for them to develop agreements
\n
• Manage campaign communications and updates to the brand
\n

Reporting & Analytics

\n

\n
• Provide clients with mid-campaign reports & and updates
\n
• Analyze campaign data to determine campaign learnings and opportunities for new campaigns
\n

\n

 

\n

Key Industry Knowledge

\n

\n
• Understanding trends/goals of Tiktok, Snapchat, Instagram, and YouTube
\n
• Influencer marketing industry
\n
• Knowledge of the US Gen Z culture and trends
\n

\n

\n

Ideal Candidate

\n

\n
• 3-5+ Years of influencer marketing + account management (agency side perferred)
\n
• Passion for advertising/marketing and how influencer marketing impacts the industry
\n
• Key eye for detail and ability to understand core client needs
\n
• Teamwork and collaboration
\n
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously
\n
