Monitor & Document Progress – Track participation and individual resident responses to activities. Coordinate Special Events – Plan and facilitate special events, holiday celebrations, and group outings. Work with Families & Team – Communicate with families, nursing staff, and other team members to ensure activities align with residents' interests and abilities. Promote Resident Independence – Encourage residents to engage in activities that support their independence and enhance their well-being.Qualifications:Previous Experience in Activity Coordination or Life Enrichment (Preferred).
